How tariffs are affecting fair trade small businesses like ours

For months, our team has been asked how the tariffs are affecting the store and until now, I really haven't had a solid answer. There has been a lot of uncertainty in the fair trade community in part due to the frequently changing policy. Thankfully, the store was able to purchase most of our holiday merchandise early to avoid the increased prices.

As new shipments come in from around the world, as anticipated, our costs are rising on the products we purchase. The Work of Our Hands and the vendors we purchase from are doing what we can to absorb as much of the cost as possible. However, in order to keep our business viable, you may notice price increases on some of our products.
