Can I ship a gift directly to the recipient? Yes. Please leave a note in your shopping cart that your item is a gift.
Can I include a personalized gift message? Yes. Please leave your message in the notes in your shopping cart.
Do you offer gift wrapping? Yes. We offer free gift wrapping. Please leave a note in your shopping cart if your purchase is a gift.
Do you sell digital or physical gift cards? Yes. You may purchase a digital gift card on our website or a physical gift card in our brick-and-mortar shop in Pella, IA.
Do you operate a physical brick-and-mortar storefront alongside the website? Yes, please visit us at 627 Franklin Street in beautiful Pella, Iowa.
How long will delivery take? Orders will be processed in 1-2 business days. Orders will not be shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed a few days. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible! After orders are shipped, allow 3-5 business days for delivery.

$0-15 is a flat $4
$15.01-59.99 is a flat $8
Orders over $60 will receive free shipping.
Due to the weight and size, we have a few oversized items that does not qualify for free shipping. These items are clearly marked in red on their product page. Please contact us to learn more about shipping such items
Do offer express shipping? No, we do not.
Do you ship internationally? No. We currently ship to the continental 48 states.
What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards, shop, PayPal, Google Pay and Venmo. In our brick-in-mortar shop, we accept cash, local checks, and all major credit cards.
Can I change or cancel my order? Contact us right away. If we have not already shipped your order, we can give you a full refund.
What is your return policy for gifts?
Items may be returned in original condition within 30 days of purchase. Please include copy of receipt with returned products. Customers are responsible for paying shipping on returns and original shipping charges will not be refunded. Returns will be refunded in the same form of payment as the original transaction.
