September Sample Saturday to feature Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil

September 17, The Work of Our Hands features free samples of our Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, dipped in fresh bread made just across the street at The Bread Board. Samples will be available from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Organic Olive Oil won the Extra Gold Medal Premio Biol Competition in Italy, making it one of the best organic extra-virgin olive oils in the world. The olives are pressed without heat or additional chemicals so the properties of the oil are not damaged. Extra-virgin oil is the least processed of olive oils. It retains its natural antioxidants and vitamins which can be lost during additional processing.
