Shipping & Returns
Orders will be processed in 1-2 business days. Orders will not be shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed a few days. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible!
Please feel free to add special instructions at bottom of cart (e.g., add a note for gifts, remove price tag).
Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. A flat $8 shipping fee will be charged. Orders over $75 will receive free shipping.
We currently ship to the continental 48 states. Orders will be shipped through USPS or UPS. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
You will receive an Order Confirmation email once the order has been placed and a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
The Work of Our Hands is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Items may be returned in original condition within 30 days of purchase. Please include copy of receipt with returned products. Customers are responsible for paying shipping on returns and original shipping charges will not be refunded. Returns will be refunded in the same form of payment as the original transaction.
