Warm and Fragrant!

The aroma is soooo inviting! I mixed with corn starch as a coating for baked tofu, really brought the flavor. If you want to try it, get firm or extra firm tofu, drain and squeeze out the water, cut into bite sized cubes, toss in olive oil then in the seasoned coating. Bake at 400 F for 30 mins, flipping cubes halfway through.
