These richly-colored mugs are handcrafted and painted by Mexican artisans. The outside, inside, and handle are covered with a blue "plumedo" pattern, each piece is unique and very functional.

Hand crafted and painted at a small family-owned ceramic workshop in the state of Guanajuato, Mexico. Behind the large wooden gate, women artisans are hand painting unfired ceramics while men work the kilns, as they have since the late 1970s.
